We are a 7 Eleven Franchise that operates two stores along Washington Blvd in Baltimore, MD. Every month, we hire 2-5 team members combined for both stores, to cover all the available shifts on both stores. We mostly promote from within, so these positions are a good starting point for candidates who want to quickly accelerate in their career to Category Manager, Shift Manager, Assistant Manager and Store Manager Positions.


Following are must have for all the candidates:

  • Must be legally allowed to work in the US for any employer

  • Must be 18 years old

  • Must be able to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays

  • Must be very reliable. Calling out or being late is the biggest reason for loosing this position.

  • Must have reliable transportation or must make a commitment to use public transportation in effective way so that normal delays and traffic doesn't impact the candidate's ability to be on time.

  • Must be trustworthy. Dealing with cash and inventory requires highest level of integrity.

  • Must be able to multi-task and have flexible and pleasant personality.

Following are additional qualities that we value:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Familiarity with Retail and/or Food Service work environment

  • Team Leader

  • Self Discipline

  • Communication Skills

  • Comfort level with using technology such as registers, scanners etc

  • Strong Arithmetic Skills
